Kevin the technician was great. We did call a couple of other glass repair companies in Woodbridge/Dumfries area and they were either way overpriced or the wait time for the installation was at least 6 weeks. When I called Advanced, I knew right away that this the company that I will be doing business with. They were very professional over the phone and they took the time to answer all my questions regarding a foggy glass replacement for my patio door. Thank you so much for the great service provided. The overall experience with this company was a five star. They answered my phone calls, set up a quick appointment, called 30 minutes before arrival, kept the work area clean and repaired my French glass doors in no time. They knew what they were doing and at a good price.

In late October I did one last weed whacking around the back of my house and unbeknownst to me a stone fired off and shattered the glass the sliding door of my basement. It was a giant mess, however the guys at advanced glass came out and did an amazingly quick inspection within 24 hours and they measured precisely what glass would need to be replaced. It took three weeks, which is not surprising considering the volume of repairs that are ongoing around the area, but Today it was done. Three professional helpful and nice guys came by said hi to my dog and had that door swapped out in about an hour. It looks fantastic it is clearer than it ever was before and I am very pleased with the final result. This is a great company.

I had a window that had been broken that needed fixing. I called and spoke to Erica for a quote. She responded quickly and they had a technician available the same day. He did an amazing job fixing my window balancers.

Outstanding Service. From the initial phone call to their follow-up, to the completion of the glass repair/ replacement job. While other companies I called couldn’t get to us for 7 to 10 days, they were able to complete the job within 48 hours after I called. Kevin and everyone on the advanced glass team did a great job!

We have had them come out twice to repair windows that were busted out. They vacuumed and repaired it and it looked like new. They were reasonably priced and friendly.
